Standard shipping for small decor items takes 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks as they require specialized white-glove handling to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Passio Interiors ships within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
